1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. COD orders may require confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before shipping.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Some locations may take a little longer depending on courier service.

4. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping pan-India on all orders.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, unverified or repeated cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for wrong or defective products, within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is compulsory to approve the return.

7. How do I exchange a product?

Exchange is only available if you received the wrong product. Please contact support within 3 days of delivery with your unboxing video.

8. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 8–15 business days.

9. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can use it to track your delivery in real time.
